The representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iman Avdić, made her debut today at the European senior championship in 25-meter swimming pools in Otopeni, Romania, by setting a state record.

A competitor of the Sport Time Swimming Club from Sarajevo competed in the 400-meter medley and took 12th place with a time of 4:41.63.

Iman is still a junior and is one of the youngest competitors in this year’s competition of the best male and female swimmers of the Old Continent.

At the European Championship, she will also compete in the 200 and 400 meter freestyle, the 200 breaststroke and the 200 medley.

In the following days, our other swimmers will also perform, including Lana Pudar, who entered the 100 and 200 meter dolphin.

Lana is expected to win medals from the European Championship, Klix.ba reports.
