Ismail Barlov, the paraswimming representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina, swam this evening with a personal and national record for Bosnia and Herzegovina at the European Senior Championship held in Portugal.

At the competition of the best paraswimmers of the Old Continent, the thirteen-year-old representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina took part in the final of the 150-meter medley tonight and won sixth place with a score of 3.34.73.

Let us remind you that on Sunday, on the first day of the European Championship in Madeira, Ismail Barlov achieved a historic result by winning the gold medal in the 50-meter breaststroke event.

He reached the title of European champion in the final with a result of 1:01.15 and thus in a great way announced his participation in the Paralympic Games in Paris this summer, for which he already secured two A standards.

The European Championship in Madeira, Portugal takes place from April 21 to 27.

Ismail Zulfić is also participating and will compete in the 50 meter breaststroke, while Ismail Barlov will also compete in the 50 meter backstroke, Klix.ba reports.
