In the past two years, there have been improved relations between the National Assembly of the RS (NS RS) and the OSCE Mission to BiH, since several joint projects have been conducted, said the President of the NS RS Igor Radojičić and the senior representative of the OSCE Mission to BiH, Stefana Donatija at a meeting.

The OSCE Mission to BiH conducted a functional analysis with the NS RS in 2011, and after that a strategy plan for human and material resources was prepared for the entity assembly services for the next five-year period, which was presented last week to the Board of the Legislature.

Also, with the signing of the Memorandum of cooperation with the OSCE Mission to BiH, a project for the additional professional training of parliamentary committees of both entities and the BiH Parliament has started.

At the meeting it was assessed that there exists a new space for cooperation and for new projects that would contribute to further strengthening parliament and other institutions of this BiH entity.
