andrej_plenkovicCroatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković and Chairman of the Council of Ministers Denis Zvizdić met in Mostar yesterday. On this occasion, they agreed on the joint session of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Croatian government in June 2017, but did not specify where the session will be held.

“I am glad that I had the opportunity to meet with colleague Zvizdić at the opening of the 20th Fair of Economy and that we talked about improving relations between BiH and Croatia, especially about the economic cooperation, increase of investments and preparations for the joint session of the Council of Ministers and the Croatian Government. Currently, all departments are involved in the preparation and we believe that this meeting will be held in June,” said Andrej Plenković.

“Croatia will be a major supporter and friend of Bosnia and Herzegovina on its path towards the EU,” said Plenkovic.

Chairman of the Council of Ministers Denis Zvizdić said that the meeting was constructive and that they discussed the European path, European integration and regional cooperation.

“We have agreed on the broad themes for a joint session at which we expect to sign several important agreements that will improve the economic cooperation, infrastructure links between BiH and Croatia and relaxation of relations across the board,” concluded Zvizdić.
