The biggest star of the women’s basketball team of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and Connecticut basketball player Suna Jonquel Jones was named the most valuable player (MVP) of the women’s NBA league.

This season Jonquel Jones has dominated the Connecticut Sun team, according to the NBA Women’s League page. On average, she got 19.4 points with 11.2 rebounds per game.

On this occasion, the legend of BiH basketball and team manager of the women’s basketball team of BiH, Razija Mujanovic made a brief announcement on her official profile.

“Officially, the best basketball player in the best basketball league in the world is our Jonquel Jones! Proud of our JJ,” Mujanovic wrote.

Jones is the first female basketball player in history to become the owner of all the most significant awards in the women’s NBA league, and she previously received the award for the player who has made the most progress and the award for the athlete of the year.

She excelled with the national team of BiH at the last European Championship. She was born in 1994 in the Bahamas and has had BiH citizenship since 2019, Klix.ba writes.
