B&H food industry Klas d.d. Sarajevo has contracted to export significant amounts of pies and somun in the American markets.
First delivery of Klass cheese, spinach, potato pies and “Sarajevo somun” has already started, as well as hurmašice, baklava, ružice and tulumba.
“The heritage of Bosnian cuisine is inexhaustible and the taste of Bosnian cuisine leaves no one indifferent. We believe that Americans will love out traditional specialties. Also, Klas pies have so far been exclusively an export brand. On this occasion, I announce that we will very quickly increase the distribution of pies in the domestic market”, said Rusmir Hrvić, Director of the company Klas d.d. Sarajevo.
