Klas Sarajevo: The Action “Bread for Later” Completed Successfully

hljebA thirty day humanitarian action “Bread for later” completed successfully on Wednesday in the stores of the company Klas Sarajevo.

At least 5.000 breads for later were sold during the action and distributed to those who mostly need it. 200 people payed for this production, announced the PR service of Klas Sarajevo.

“Although the primary goal of this action was to ensure bread as the basic food to the socially vulnerable categories of citizens, our buyers payed additionally for pies, milk, flour, pasta, sandwiches and juices. Most customers, at least once during this action demonstrated sensibility towards socially vulnerable citizens, while some customers payed additionally for many other products” said Senad Šabanović, manager of Klas, Sarajevo.

Klas Sarajevo gives its contribution in this difficult economic situation to B&H citizens by selling bread “for half price”. In some stores from 17:00, bread is sold for half price, meaning 0.50 BAM.
