Komsic comments about Dobrovoljacka Case

Reactions are still coming today after the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an indictment in the Dobrovoljacka case. BiH Presidency Member Zeljko Komsic states that it is quite clear that the resumption of the process is an attempt to completely change the character of the armed conflict in our country through fabricated indictments.

According to the position determined by the Hague Tribunal, the Yugoslav National Army (JNA) column in Dobrovoljacka Street was a legitimate military target. Here the matter is clear and there is no need for any trial against those who acted in a legal and legitimate manner with the aim of defending the state. The Prosecutor’s Office should have prosecuted other criminals who killed more than 11,000 citizens of Sarajevo from the hill, Komsic pointed out.
