Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BiH Borjana Krišto has sent a telegram of condolence to the Prime Minister of Spain, Pedro Sánchez, and to the families of the victims of today’s train accident in the province of Toledo, in which two high-speed trains collided.

“On behalf of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and on my own behalf, I extend my deepest condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims and to the people of Spain. I am deeply shaken by this tragedy. Our thoughts and prayers are with you,” Krišto stated in the telegram, according to a press release from the Council of Ministers of BiH.

Sixty people have died in the accident, and rescuers are continuing to search for passengers inside the destroyed carriages.
