Doctors in Rome managed to save Lulić’s right hand finger, Gazetta reported.
According to the Italian newspaper, the B&H national team player was released from hospital for home treatment and he is feeling well. However, he will have to continue with therapies during the coming days.
At one moment Lulić, to whom a weight fell on the hand in the gym, was threatened with amputation of the ring finger of the right hand, but the doctors led by Stefano Salvatori at the clinic “Mater Dei” managed to operate him successfully.
Lulić should be back on the field next year.
