Luxury Building Bjelave klix.baAs announced by the company Deling INVEST, all works on the residential building Bjelave are completed and during the past month, following the obtaining of occupancy permit, the residential building has been occupied.

“Surrounded by greenery and located at a slightly elevated part of the city, in the Bjelave neighborhood which is located just a few minutes of walk from the downtown, this oasis of peace and tranquility, with a fantastic view of the neighborhood, is consisted of 14 residential units followed by appropriate infrastructure necessary for meeting everyday needs of a modern person. The playground for the children, proximity of the kindergarten, primary school, shops, health center and public transportation makes our complex an ideal home both for young families that want their children to grow up in fresh air and for the older fellow citizens who prefer an easy and fast access to cultural and social contents in the center of Sarajevo“, it was announced from Deling INVEST.

Over 70 percent of residential units have been realized so far within the sale process.
