How many People voted in Local Elections in BiH?

electionsIn BiH yesterday voted a total of 1,723,140 citizens of our country, which means that the turnout in the elections was 53.88 %. Of these, in FBiH voted 974,190 voters, in the RS 707,711, and in Brcko a total of 41,239 voters.

This was announced by Ahmet Santic, president of the Central Election Commission of BiH.

He also added that two polling places were closed.

At one polling place in Teslic, revealed Santic at the press, there was 50 people who came by bus from Novi Sad with a few days old ID cards.

“These are the first information that we have. The Election Commission in Teslic therefore ordered for this polling place to be closed around 5 pm,” said Santic.

There was also technical problem in Lopare, where the power went out at 7 pm.
