Yesterday, the Mayor of Banja Luka, Drasko Stanivukovic, attended the Holy Hierarch’s Liturgy in the Milosevo Monastery, where he also talked with the Serbian Patriarch Porphyry.
He pointed out that the key message sent by the patriarch lies in the sentence that “may everything we want for Bosniaks, Croats,and members of other nations happen to us.”
“I share the same thought completely with him, as a young man who wants a better future, but also a better Republika Srpska(RS),” said Stanivukovic.
Further, he added that he is ready to serve everyone and not to divide people, which, as he says, he has proven through his work so far.
“My obligation, but also my duty, is to fight for my people and for everything that belongs to my people,” Stanivukovic concluded.
