Member of Bosnian Armed Forces and His Family positive for Coronavirus

After testing of 30 samples on Sunday’s evening in Mostar, seven were positive, five of which were from Livno, is confirmed for Avaz by Diana Mamic, director of the Public Health Institute of the Canton of Livno.

According to information from the Operational Center for Civil Protection of the Canton of Livno, the newly infected are linked to a 52-year-old employee of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina from Livno, who was previously hospitalized for pneumonia caused by a coronavirus.

“These are close members of the family of soldiers, who were tested yesterday,” is said from the Operational Center for Civil Protection of the Canton of Livno.

According to unofficial information, the mother of soldier was hospitalized due to her serious health condition.

Armed Forces member is attached to a respirator in Mostar. He came to Livno from Banja Luka more than seven days ago.
