At the invitation of the commander of the special police unit of Turkey Cemil Tonbul, two members of SIPA participated at the first international workshop of the special police unit that was held in Antalya.
The topics of discussion included the fight against terrorism and organized crime, with a particular emphasis on regional and international cooperation in the fight against these forms of crimes.
The lecture was given by eminent experts from these fields, and included an exchange of experiences and knowledge.
‘’Such professional cooperation and exchange of experience between special police units in the region and beyond would raise our readiness to adequately respond to all security challenges in our future work’’, said the Commander of the Unit for Special Support to SIPA Mirsad Vilić, who participated in the workshop.
