Members Of The AFBiH Prevented The Suicide Of A Foreign Citizen In Sarajevo

Members of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina (AFBiH)on Monday prevented the suicide of a foreign citizen in the center of Sarajevo, it was announced on the official Facebook profile of the AFBiH.

As stated, 1st class soldiers Harun Konakovic and Aldin Kozicyesterday showed humanity while performing regular tasks of securing the House of the AFBiH.

“Members of the Military Police Battalion of the AFBiH, 1st class soldiers Harun Konakovic and Aldin Kozic, encountered an unusual situation and on that occasion showed that the AFBiH are always in the service and interest of the citizens of BiH and the civilian population.

Through the quick intervention of the members of the Military Police, the attempted suicide of a foreign citizen was prevented,” it was stated.

The AFBiH reminded that their members carry out their regular tasks every day as well as tasks of assistance to the civilian population, showing their training, determination, professionalism, and selflessness in the execution of the assigned mission.
