Members of the Presidency of BiH in a Working Visit to Montenegro

At yesterday‘s session in Sarajevo, the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) accepted the invitation of the President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatovic, the President of Croatia, Zoran Milanovic, and the President of Slovenia, Natasa Pirc-Musar, addressed to members of the Presidency to participate in the Brdo-Brioni Process Summit, which will be held on October 8thin Tivat, Montenegro.

The Presidency also made a Decision on sending an invitation to the President of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev, for an official visit to BiH in October this year.

The Decision on acceptance of Agreement No. 1 on the Amendment to the Loan Agreement signed on April 12th, 2022 (GrCF2 W2 Public Transport Sarajevo e-Mobility) between BiHand the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development was also adopted, as well as the Decision on Acceptance Agreement No. 1 on the Amendment to the Loan Agreement signed on February 1st, 2023 (GrCF2 W2 E2 Tram line Ilidza – Hrasnica) between BiH and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

The Presidency accepted Amendment No. 1 to the Financing Agreement (Water and sewerage in Republika Srpska – RS II) concluded by and between BiH (borrower), RS (promoter) and the European Investment Bank (bank), on December 17th, 2019 in Sarajevo and on December 20th, 2020 in Banja Luka (Financing Agreement) – operation number (SERAPIS Nº): 2018-0281; Contract number (FI Nº): 90.345.

The Decision on the acceptance of the Agreement on cooperation on the joint realization of the project of reconstruction and modernization of the railway Ruma – Sabac – Loznica (Republic of Serbia) – Zvornik – Tuzla – Doboj (BiH) between the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Government of the Republic of Serbia was also adopted.

The Presidency of BiH passed the Decision on granting approval for concluding and determining the signatories of the Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Kingdom of Spain, and the Decision on the acceptance of the Agreement between BiH and the United Arab Emirates on the promotion and protection of investments, the BiHPresidency announced.
