Only one day after the meeting in Helsinki, the young BiH shot putter Mesud Pezer participated in a competition in Estonia.
This young man born in Zenica, who will be one of the three shot putters who will represent BiH at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, triumphed at the meeting in Estonia with a result of 20.35 meters.
This victory is an overture to what is coming next. Namely, on June 16 Pezer will perform at the meeting of the Diamond League in Stockholm, which will be a good opportunity for the BiH athlete to measure strength with some of the best shot putters in the world, just before the upcoming European Championship in Amsterdam.
Pezer checked his visa for the Olympics with a result of 20.58 meters.
