mlijeko_krava_05In the last two years, the agricultural production in the Municipality Kakanj has been reporting record results.

The new record was achieved by the producers of fresh cow’s milk who delivered 147.967 liters of milk in the last quarter, which is a record production of fresh cow’s milk in a single quarter observing all the post-war years in Kakanj.

The growth in the production of milk per quarter in the area of the Municipality Kakanj has been recording permanent increase. Thus in the first quarter of this year it amounted to 133.525 liters, while in the last quarter of the last year it amounted to 94.441 liters.

For illustrative purposes, two years ago the production of milk in Kakanj in a single quarter amounted to a modest 15.000 liters, and the hard work of the agricultural producers from Kakanj and the help they have been provided by the municipal services show that superb results can be planned.

The Municipality Kakanj increased the budget allocations for the incentives to the producers of fresh cow’s milk which they are to receive for the second quarter of 2015.
