Million-dollar Real Estate sold in Bjelasnica Mountain

The Cantonal Agency for Attracting Investments and Privatization reported on the sale of certain properties.

The most valuable is the office building known as MOC PRESS CENTER with land, total area of 2397 square meters in Bjelašnica mountain.

The seller is the Cantonal Public Company ZOI 84 Olympic Center Sarajevo, reports BiznisInfo.ba.

This property was sold for about 1.5 million BAM.

Participants in the auction were Fuad Džafić from Sarajevo and the company Brend d.o.o. Sarajevo, and it is not specified which of them is the buyer. The owner of the company Brand is Mediha Džafić.

The second real estate is a separate part of the Hotel Bjelašnica apartments – business space in the basement, total area 63 square meters. This property was sold for 126 thousand BAM. The seller is the same.

The third property is located in the Rožat neighborhood in Dubrovnik and was sold for around 95,000 BAM.

The sale was carried out at the end of June.
