According to the decision of the council of doctors of the University Clinical Center of Republika Srpska in Banja Luka, after 16 days, the chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milorad Dodik will be released for home treatment today, the University Clinical Centre Republika Srpska announced.

“After his dismissal, Dodik will address the media and the public to share his experiences of two weeks of treatment at our institution and to express his gratitude to health workers who have been battling the new coronavirus for ten months,” the UCC RS said in a statement.

The chairman of the Presidency of BiH was hospitalized in the evening of December 20 in Banja Luka, after which the UCC RS announced that he was positive for coronavirus and that he had bilateral pneumonia.

On December 28, the UCC RS announced that Dodik had been retested for the presence of coronavirus and that the finding was negative.
