Minister of Justice met with a delegation of the World Jewish Organization

minister grubesa jewish community BiHMinister of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) Josip Grubesa received a delegation of the World Jewish Organization (WJRO) led by Robert Bloch.

The meeting was attended by the Representatives of the US Embassy in BiH, as well as Jakob Finci President of the Jewish Community in BiH and former Ambassador of BiH to Switzerland.

Representatives of the Jewish Community in BiH have recalled that BiH is a signatory to the Territorial Declaration, and obliged to resolve the issue of nationalized property, and in that connection emphasized the importance of the Law on Restitution.

Minister Grubesa emphasized that he will take all the necessary activities for the Law on Restitution, and that the Ministry of Justice of BiH is available to the Jewish community and other religious communities in BiH, and to all citizens affected by this issue.
