Dino Bešlić, the son of the legendary singer Halid Bešlić, shared one of the last photos taken during his parents’ hospital stay.
Dino posted the photo following the death of his mother, Sejda, who passed away yesterday, just eight months after Halid Bešlić left us.
The photo, which attracted great public attention, shows Dino and his parents – his father Halid and mother Sejda. Along with the photo, he wrote a brief caption: “Mom, I am left all alone. I love you both so much.”
The photograph was taken while Halid and Sejda were undergoing treatment, and many pointed out how precisely these family moments best witness the closeness that defined the Bešlić family.
Sejda will be laid to rest next to Halid at the Bare Cemetery. Many believed that Halid should be laid to rest in the Alley of Greats, but the legendary singer wished otherwise.
He wanted his Sejda to be next to him at Bare. With this, he once again showed how much he loved her, and how their love, loyalty, and unity were greater than any level of fame.
