Twenty-four-year old Monika Radulovic from BiH is one of nine finalists who will compete in the finals of the Miss Universe 2015.
Because of the war in Bosnia, Monika moved in Australia as a child with her family.
“My parents and I arrived here in Australia without anything, and we were very well received. I am very grateful for that,” said Monika.
She, along with the other eight participating, got to the finals thanks to her beauty, as well as her education, politics knowledge, and she responded to questions on gender equality, same-sex marriage etc as well.
Monika has a chance to win the prestigious title, and the final competition will be held later this year.
