National Committee ICOMOS BiH will present today a monograph ”Old Towns of BiH” in the Bosnian Cultural Centre in Sarajevo, as a part of Festival ”Sarajevo Winter 2013”.

President of the National Committee ICOMOS BiH Vjekoslava Sanković Sinčić and author of the monograph Ferhad Mulabegović will present the book.

Architects, archeologists and historians from the entire BiH worked on this book.  They used the archives, well-known and acknowledged literature, and even oral information and the book also has photo-documentation.

It has five themes which were translated in English language.

The monograph gives the full and complex presentation of medieval BiH town, their list and position, detailed date on their foundation and building, archaeological surveys, etc.
