The third International “City” Festival will be opened on Monday in Sarajevo, with many activities announced over the four days.

In addition to other events, the first day of the Festival is planned to unveil a sculpture to musician Davorin Popovic and a tour of an exhibition dedicated to musician Kemal Monteno.

Festival Art Director Ibrahim Spahic said that artists and audience will celebrate Sarajevo’s unique art community, mark the jubilees of BiH’s culture and heritage, and get to know top ensembles from the country but internationally as well.

“Residents of Sarajevo and guests of Festival “Grad” is a traditional and creative center for freedom of expression and synergy with cultures and civilizations of the world,” Spahic explained.
