M:Tel: Satisfied With 2012 Results

The total income and expense of the company M:tel in 2012 was one percent higher compared to the previous year.

The net profit realized in the amount of 109,96 million KM was 2 percent more in comparison to the previous year, and the EBITDA margin for 2012 amounted to 47.46 percent, while the earnings per share were 0,2238 KM, announced the company.

They concluded that the results are excellent following a clearly defined strategic framework and amidst difficult economic conditions in 2012.

“Constantly adjusting supply needs and purchasing power of users resulted in retaining leadership position in the mobile phone area. According to company estimates, the market share at the end of 2012 was 44,58 percent, continuing a trend growth in this market area. The total number of mobile phone users at the end of 2012 was 1,414.774, which was 3 percent more than in the previous year’’, announced the company.

In 2013, the company said that it would continue to invest in the development of all service areas in order to meet the demands of customers, employees and shareholders. It would continue to be an example of a successful and socially responsible business, not only in BiH but also beyond.
