Goran Bubić, attorney of the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, stated that they did not receive a response from the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH to their request for the hearing of Milorad Dodik. They requested that Dodik is heard at any location and institution in Republika Srpska.
“We will not appear in the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. We did not receive any response. That is a procedure in the Prosecutor’s Office. They will certainly not inform us over the phone. I have no idea what the Prosecutor’s Office thinks,” Bubić said.
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH invited the President of Republika Srpska for a hearing in this institution as a suspect in the case that was opened nearly a month ago in the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH because of the referendum which was held in the RS on September 25.
