The city of Sarajevo will get another luxury hotel that will, according to the investors, become a favorite destination for visitors.
It is a new exclusive project Hotel City One Diamond in the category of 4 stars, and it will be located in the central part of Stari Grad.
The importance of such investment for urban city matrix that transformed ordinary private residential villa into an important luxury hotel is both necessary and important for the capital city of our country.
“Residential building Villa Hodzic belongs to the protected area Bascarsija and all the responsibilities and competences of this area that is national monument belong to Federal Ministry of Physical Planning which was an additional burden and an aggravating circumstance but also a professional challenge in dealing with all the necessary permissions and overcoming all the obstacles,” said Sead Hadzibeganovic, architect, chief designer of the conceptual and main project of the hotel and the main project of the interior design.

The hotel will have a total of 12 luxury rooms with large and comfortable bathrooms. They designed interior for a comfortable and luxurious stay that provides strong character and space. Complete exterior and interior is designed in modern and contemporary materials, all types of installations are carried out by the largest and most important criteria and standards for this type of facility. Every detail of the exterior and the interior has been designed for this facility, as well as for all phases of construction and equipment.
