The mayor of Mostar Ljubo Beslic discussed with Oleg Butkovic, the Croatian minister of the sea, traffic and infrastructure, in Zagreb about establishing a flight between Mostar and Zagreb, the Office for Public Relations of the City of Mostar announced on Wednesday.

On that occasion, Beslic emphasized that the city administration of Mostar and the Mostar Airport are interested in establishing an air connection between Mostar and Zagreb and suggested it to be twice a week, at least.

At the meeting, the possibility of connecting central Herzegovina and Zagreb in the summer, beginning with June 1st of 2018 was agreed upon.

It was emphasized how the remaining time should be used so that Mostar Airport solves all remaining problems so this project could be realized in the interest of both parties.

A new meeting is supposed to take place in a month regrading this topic.
