Newly built Sports Hall with 2.000 Seats to be opened in Jablanica

b_160921058Official opening of the newly built sports hall in Jablanica is scheduled for tomorrow at 6 pm.

Value of works on this project exceeds the amount of 6 million BAM. So far, the sports part of the facility has been entirely constructed. Capacity of the hall is around 2.000 seats (with telescopic stands), and the facility also has a fitness hall, martial arts room, and modern locker rooms for athletes, referees and official premises. The parquet covers 1.500 square meters and the equipment is compliant with the highest international standards, so the hall is suitable for international handball, basketball, volleyball and futsal matches.

The sports hall disposes with an underground garage and an open parking space around the hall.

A rich cultural, artistic and sports program will be held within the ceremony that is to be attended by the numerous prominent invitees from federal, cantonal and local level, as well as by representatives of public, social, business and religious life of the Jablanica Municipality, Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, the neighboring municipalities, sports workers and clubs. After the official opening ceremony, a basketball match will be played between Basketball Club Turbina Jablanica and the former champion of Europe Basketball Club Bosna Royal Jelly from Sarajevo.
