Nijaz Hastor to open Cable Factory for Audi Q5 in Mexico?

nijaz-hastor-660x330The company TPB from the Slovenian city of Lenart, whose largest shareholder is B&H businessman Nijaz Hastor (competing for the purchase of Cimos as well), started trial production of cables for the new Audi Q5 in Mexico. Serial production will start in March, as reported by the newspaper Finance.

TBP invested, in equipment of leased office space, setting up production lines, information system SAP and training of human resources a total of 2 million EUR so far in Mexico, and they are planning to invest another 2.5 million EUR next year. Currently, the company TBP SAdeCV has 4 employees, and they are planning to have 30 employees in 2016, and realize 2 million USD of income.

Owners of TBP are the current and former managers and Nijaz Hastor with more than 22 % of share, who was a co-owner of Prevent Company in Slovenia before, and he is now competing for the purchase of Cimos. Nijaz Hastor is the owner of B&H ASA Prevent Group and the German company Prevent Dev and he also bought a factory in Srebrenica from Cimos few months ago.
