No more Visas for Bosnians travelling to Belarus

aleksandar lukasenkoThe President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, signed a decree on the Establishment of visa-free regime for entering and leaving Belarus for foreign citizens. The decree, signed on 9th January 2017, will come into force on 12th February 2017.

This document includes visa-free entry only at the border crossing at the National Airport Minsk, stay in Belarus up to five days, and applies to citizens of 79 countries, including BiH. This visa-free regime does not apply to persons traveling to Belarus by air from Russia, because they are considered domestic flights.

The purpose of this document is to intensify business travel, boost tourism and for the needs of private travel for persons with ordinary passports. The document does not apply to holders of diplomatic and official passports.

For entry to Belarus, it is necessary to present a valid passport, cash in the amount of 25 euros per day of stay in Belarus, as well as health insurance that is valid in this country.

Before traveling to Belarus, one needs to inform in the competent diplomatic mission in Belarus, announced the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
