The company Jadran-Naftagas from Banja Luka has been carrying out geological exploration activities since 1 April on hydrocarbons oil on the exploration area of Obudovac 2 in municipality Šamac that will last until 15 August.
On the website of the municipality Šamac it states that the works will be conducted according to the project, the detailed geological studies in the area of Obudovac for drilling exploratory sites in Obudovac 2.
Otherwise, Jadran-Naftagas obtained a concession to explore and use hydrocarbons on the entire RS territory, based on the contract and solutions that were signed on 2011 September between this company as a concessionaire and the RS government, and more specifically the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining.
