The Olympic Committee of BiH was founded on June 4, 1992, and after the founding and the first performance of BH athletes at the Olympic Games in Barcelona in 1992 followed the official recognition of the International Olympic Committee, which made this decision at a meeting of the Executive Committee of IOC in Monaco on September 24, 1993.
Olympic Committee of BiH will mark the 25th anniversary of the day of the official reception in the IOC on September 24, 2017, with an official promotion of the capital monograph “Olympic Scrapbook” by the author Branko Tomic.
The monograph includes details on all performances of BH Olympic athletes since the Olympic Games in Stockholm that were held in 1912 when the first BH Olympian athlete performed, until today.
This top quality monograph is printed on a total of 475 pages and it includes the Olympic stories, portraits, and data for more than 400 BH Olympians and it is illustrated with 600 authentic photos.
The public will be timely informed about the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Olympic Committee of BiH and promotion of the monograph “Olympic Scrapbook”.
