Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an Indictment against Mirsad Hoti, born in 1969 in Sarajevo, with prior convictions, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This accused person is charged with having committed the aforementioned criminal offense by paying with two counterfeit banknotes in denominations of 500 Euros each, for which he knew to be counterfeit when he was purchasing a passenger motor vehicle.
The accused is charged with putting counterfeit money into circulation as genuine, whereby he committed the criminal offence of Counterfeiting of Money, referred to in Article 205, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Indictment has been forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation.
