Paddy Ashdown: Russia Encouraging Secession of the RS from B&H

paddyashdownFormer High Representative of the international community in B&H and member of the Liberal Democrats Paddy Ashdown thinks that Russia is encouraging the RS entity to secede from B&H and to become a new independent country in Europe.

According to the Guardian, during his address in the British Parliament, where they also spoke about the political situation in B&H, Ashdown said that Russia is openly encouraging the supporting the division of B&H.

‘’Are you aware of the evidence that appeared in which Russia is directly interfering in the internal affairs of B&H, in a way that could encourage secessionist tendencies of Serbs in B&H?’’, said Ashdown.

According to the Guardian article, he said that he asked from the British government to exert all efforts so that the EU would do much more to prevent such a scenario in B&H.

‘’Given the fragility of B&H and its entire history, isn’t this an attempt to get it pulled into a wider crisis in the Ukraine, which would be a great irresponsibility? What will the government of Great Britain do to encourage the EU to take decisive steps with B&H’’, said Ashdown.

Other members of the British Parliament have sent a message that Great Britain has to do all that it can in order to prevent an escalation of the crisis in the Ukraine, as well as everywhere else in Europe.

According to the Guardian, Ashdown will be on a visit to Sarajevo next week, where he will speak about the political crisis in B&H, as well as the ambitions of Russia to encourage the RS to separate from B&H.

A failure as a High Representative and a “has been” as a Politician in the U.K.
what more can one say,Why didn’t he just go to the coast for a Holiday, rather than preaching to the good People of B.i.H.

Neuspjeh kao visokog predstavnika i “je” kao političar u Velikoj Britaniji
Što još čovjek može reći, zašto nije on samo ide na obalu za odmor, umjesto propovijedanja dobrih ljudi BiH
