Parliament of Albania was temporarily suspended after a Cyber Attack

The work of the Parliament of Albania was temporarily suspended after a cyber attack during which hackers tried to enter the database and delete it, the Parliament announced.

The announcement states that the hackers failed to enter the system and that experts are checking whether the attack left any consequences.

According to the text of the announcement, the Parliament continued to work after the attack.

Local media announced that a cyber attack was carried out yesterday against a mobile operator and an airline company, and that the attack was carried out by hackers from Iran who are members of the Domovinska Pravda group. However, there is no confirmed information that they are responsible for the attack.
