ParlamentarnaSkupstina (Klix)At the emergency session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH (BiH PA) deputies will rate the Draft decision on the validation and adoption of the statement of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

ON 19th January, the BiH Presidency adopted and signed the statement on the European commitment and the necessary reforms of BiH on the road towards the European Union (EU), on the initiative of Great Britain and Germany, which later became an EU initiative.

Parlament_fbih (Radiosarajevo)The statement was later signed by the presidents of 14 political parties in BiH and today the deputies of the state parliament should declare their opinions.

The session was scheduled by the speaker of the House Sefik Dzaferovic (Party of Democratic Action – SDA) who said earlier that after this session, the joint session of both Houses (BiH PA) will be held. It is expected that the EU High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission Federica Mogherini will deliver a speech.

Dzaferovic expressed his belief that the decision, which confirms the statement of the Presidency of BiH on the new EU approach towards Bosnia and Herzegovina, will be adopted in both Houses (BiH PA).
