13451024_1783906898512653_2071372646_nChairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH Denis Zvizdic said yesterday, the 16th of June, in Sarajevo that the payment of old foreign currency savings to clients of Ljubljanska Bank should start this fall.

On the question of the chairman of the Serb People Caucus in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, Sredoje Novic, (SNSD) what the Council of Ministers of BiH is doing to accelerate the payment of old foreign currency savings in Ljubljanska Bank for a large number of citizens, and whether BiH has fulfilled its obligations to the bank, Zvizdic emphasized that this job should have been done even earlier.

“We have solved this problem and formed an expert group, and BiH has fulfilled all of its obligations, so that the payments should start in the fall,” said Zvizdic at the meeting of the House of Peoples.

He added that the lists of citizens who are claiming their funds from Ljubljanska Bank are not within the competence of the Council of Ministers of BiH, but at the level of institutions and agencies in the entities.
