After a great performance of the footballers of Sarajevo in Athens where they defeated Atromitos with 3:1, the “Red” team arrived in Banja Luka where they will continue to prepare for the match against Borac within the Premier League.
Sarajevo got its opponent today in the play-off of the Europe League. It is Borussia Mönchengladbach and some of the players expressed their opinions via the official website of FC Sarajevo.
“I am very happy we will play against such an excellent team in the next round of the competition. I am looking forward to those games and hope we will meet with the Germans in a full Stadium Koševo.” – said Krste Velkoski.
Samir Radovac pointed out that he is also very pleased that such a great team from one of the strongest leagues in the world is coming to Koševo.
“We will get to know them well in these next few days and we will certainly enjoy that duel. I am certain we will have a great support of fans, in Sarajevo but in Germany also.” – said Radovac.
Radoš Protić said that the players of Sarajevo will do their best.
Before the match with Borussia, the players of Sarajevo will play two matches in the league. The first is scheduled for Sunday, 10th August against Borac from Banja Luka.
