Tuzla: Exhibition “Frames” by Enis Čišić

Enis ČišićTuzla – The exhibition entitled “Frames” by a graphic designer, cartoonist and illustrator Enis Čišić was opened yesterday in the International gallery of portraits “Ismet Mujezinović” in Tuzla within the 6th International festival of young artists “Kaleidoskop”.

“Frames is a concept which started as a drawing experiment in which I connected two things I like to do: drawing and film. I decided to reproduce some photos taken from the movie scenes through the charcoal on paper technique trying to achieve a level of realism when it comes to drawing art. I want it to be a part of my childhood e.g. the thing I absorbed through films as a child and the thing that inspired me as a creative individual.” – said Čišić, who finished the Academy of fine arts in Sarajevo.

The artist’s favourite movie is “Blade runner” in which he always seeks inspiration. He transported that inspiration, in two short parts of the movie, in two drawings.
