Playgrounds and 37 Cameras in Vilsonovo Šetalište

Vilsonovo_šetališteFor many citizens who spend their free time in Vilsovno Šetalište, their stay here in the next period could become more interesting and comfortable. Municipality Novo Sarajevo plans to invest money by the end of the year from the budget so that this green oasis could be improved.

“We received the green light from the municipal council for the construction of of an study “Improvements and possibility of using Vilsonovo Šetalište”, whose production will cost around 18.000 KM. We checked this assignment with experts from the Institute for Development Planning of Canton Sarajevo, said Nijaz Hromo for Dnevni Avaz, the Assistant Mayor of Novo Sarajevo for communal affairs.

The study will be done by October, and in several places on the promenade there will be children’s playgrounds and a decorated venue for cultural events.

“The allocation of the budget funds for the realization of this project could begin by the end of the year. For the enhanced security of citizens, we will set up 37 cameras, and with the current three, the number will reach 40’’, said Hromo.
