POSKOK searches Offices of the PM of the FBiH and the Ministry of Transport and Communications

By order of the Special Department for Suppression of Corruption, Organized and Intercantonal Crime of the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (POSKOK), and under the supervision of the acting federal prosecutors of the Special Department of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, members of the Ministry of Interior of the Sarajevo Canton, with the support of the Ministry of Interior of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, conducted searches at three locations in the Sarajevo and Mostar areas.

The Office of the Prime Minister of the Federation Nermin Nikšić, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina based in Mostar, a private residential building, as well as a person found in the building, were searched.

The official computers of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina were searched, and laptops and certain documentation were temporarily seized.

The search is being conducted with the aim of collecting additional evidence for further investigation in the case of Munjić et al.

In parallel, the questioning of witnesses and the analysis of temporarily seized documentation from the previous period are still ongoing.
