The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a decision accepting the proposal of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, in such a way that the suspect Mirza Kapić was ordered into custody, which according to this decision can last for a maximum of one month, counting from the day of deprivation of liberty, that is, until September 4 or until a new decision of the Court.
Detention was ordered due to the existence of a well-founded suspicion that the suspect committed the criminal offense of terrorism from Article 201, paragraph 1, in connection with paragraph 5, item i) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina and due to the existence of special reasons for detention prescribed by Article 132, paragraph 1, item b ) and c) of the Law on Criminal Procedure of Bosnia and Herzegovina, i.e. due to fear that they will destroy, hide, change or falsify evidence and traces important for criminal proceedings, influence witnesses, accomplices or concealers, repeat a criminal offense, complete an attempted criminal offense or commit a criminal offense the act he threatens, it was announced from the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
