Red Meteoalert issued for BiH

A red meteorological alarm for the areas of Mostar, Trebinje, Visegrad and Foca will be turned on in Bosnia and Herzegovina tomorrow. The orange meteorological alarm was turned on for the area of ​​Sarajevo, Tuzla, Bihac.

In places where the red warning will be in force, the air temperature will go up to 41 degrees Celsius.

During the day, the temperature in Mostar and Trebinje will be between 38 and 41 degrees, it was announced on the page of Meteoalarm.

Along the river Drina, in the wider area of ​​Foca and Visegrad, a warm night is predicted, and during the day very hot with a temperature also from 38 to 40. It will be less hot in the mountains, but around 32 degrees are also expected there.

It will be mostly sunny in Sarajevo, where the orange meteorological alarm is on. The lowest morning air temperature will be around 19 degrees, and the highest daily around 38 degrees Celsius.


In the area of ​​Bihać and Tuzla, the air temperature will be between 35 and 37, in Sarajevo between 36 and 38, and in the area of ​​Livno up to 35 degrees.

The red meteorological alarm implies very dangerous weather and especially dangerous weather phenomena, of such intensity that they can cause great material damage and be very dangerous for the safety of people and animals.
An orange weather alarm indicates dangerous weather as unusual weather conditions are forecast.
