Krunoslav Cigoj’s adaptation of the operetta ” The Merry Widow” by Franz Lehar will have its premiere performance in mid February. Until then, the opera singers are working hard and rehearsing on the small stage of the National Theater Sarajevo. Aida Čorbadžić, our famous young and talented opera singer will enact the leading female character of Hanna Glawari, the wealthy widow, and is currently working hard together with her colleague opera singer from Croatia Davor Radić, who will enact the role of the Count Danilo Danilovitsch, Hanna’s former lover.
After the rehearsals on the small stage of the National Theater Sarajevo, the acting crew will move to the big stage of the National Theater Sarajevo to prepare for the premiere performance.
