Remains of Six Victims exhumed from Mass Grave in Visegrad

Exhumation at locality Hrtar in Visegrad municipality was completed today and remains of six victims were exhumed.

It is about incomplete mortal remains that are, most likely, from the primary mass grave, transferred to this site.

The mortal remains of the victims will be transferred to the Center for Autopsy and Identification in Gorazde where will be performed the judicial and medical and criminal – technical treatment, and bone samples will be taken in the forthcoming period to identify the victims’ identity with the help of the DNA analysis.

It is presumed to be the Bosniak victims who lived in Visegrad.

The exhumation was done under the direction of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, News Agency Patria reports.
