The photograph was taken in Skopje.
Many people joked how he does not ride in a limo anymore and that his standard has fallen.
Until this day it is not known who the man on the photograph is. However, given the age of the man, there is a possibility that he does not use social networks and does not follow web portals, thus he possibly does not even know how popular he became in the region.
