Republika Srpska borrowed another 25.7 Million BAM?

rsAs of today, Republika Srpska (RS) is indebted for another 25.7 million BAM.

The Ministry of Finance of the RS at today’s auction on Banja Luka Stock Exchange sold 25,000 of seven-year bonds of the RS, with an effective interest rate of up to 4.01 %.

Planned amount of emission was 25,000,000 BAM, and the total value of bids amounted to 45,138 million BAM, while the total sales value of bonds was 25.74 million BAM.

The RS is planning another debt in two days, through issuance of treasury bills in the amount of 5.1 million BAM.

That BH entity already indebted for more than 850 million BAM, of which this year’s debt alone amounts to more than 280 million BAM.

The Minister of Finance of RS, Zoran Tegeltija, recently said that the RS was indebted for 468 million BAM by the end of October, which is 84 % of this year’s plan.
